Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Weekend)

About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and support a team of associates in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met. Coordinate and support associates in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities. Maintain accurate inventory and communicate discrepancies or issues promptly. Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maximize performance. Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve workflows and solve operational challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Assist with scheduling, equipment oversight, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment; leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills. Comfortable using warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of OSHA regulations is an asset. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
