1st Shift Quality Control

Quality Control TechnicianThe Quality Control Technician will be responsible for in-plant process testing and ensuring compliance with FreshRealm’s quality and food safety standards. This role requires strong independence, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of various food manufacturing processes. The technician will also serve as a resource for associates and trainees regarding safety and quality procedures.Location: Lancaster, TX 75134Schedule: 1st Shift | Saturday-Wednesday | 7 AM- EODPay Rate: $18Duties:Perform tests on production operations and equipment to ensure products meet specifications. Discuss inspection results and recommend corrective actions when needed. Monitor product quality and inspect process control points. Reject or retain substandard products outside of tolerance levels. Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all quality-related documentation. Use computer systems and electronic equipment for data entry. Maintain effective communication with all departments. Follow all health and safety standards, including the use of PPE and compliance with GMPs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements:Experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control environment preferred. Prior experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred. Knowledge of standard quality procedures, processes, and equipment. Familiarity with HACCP is a plus. Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
