Requirements: Must submit a resume for considerationJob Summary:As a QA Lead, you’ll oversee daily quality assurance operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and customer expectations. You’ll mentor the QA team, conduct inspections, and work closely with production leaders to maintain consistency and excellence in every batch produced.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support QA associates in executing daily inspection and testing procedures Ensure all production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Conduct line checks, product audits, and corrective action reviews Train and coach team members on quality procedures and documentation practices Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to identify and resolve quality issues Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and compliance documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems and efficiency What You’ll Need:2+ years of experience in food manufacturing Proven QA Lead or supervisory experience in a production setting Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work in a cold environment (30°F) for extended periods Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting If you’re passionate about quality and ready to lead by example, this is your chance to make an impact.
