Records Center Specialist

Midway Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Record's Specialist for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity in West Deptford, NJ. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and physically active throughout the day. You’ll be responsible for processing records, scanning inventory, and helping prepare shipments while adhering to safety and security standards.Location: West Deptford, NJ 08066Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPay rate:: $17 Duties:Process incoming orders; scan carton barcodes and storage locations using Safekeeper systemInvestigate and resolve discrepancies for inbound/outbound ordersManifest, bundle, and prepare shipmentsComplete all necessary documentation accuratelyCommunicate order-related issues to managementMaintain and inspect warehouse equipment (e.g., Telxon scanner, ladders, Safekeeper terminal)Pull, scan, and shred confidential physical recordsUse ladders to access and organize high storage areasKeep a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and operational proceduresTravel between facilities when neededMentor team members when opportunities ariseRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, physical labor, or service-based environment. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move/lift boxes (average weight: 40 lbs). Comfortable standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and using ladders/tools. Experience with manual pallet jacks is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. Basic computer skills. Team player who can also work independently. Must adhere to and help enforce all safety and security protocols. Must wear steel-toe boots, jeans, and other warehouse-appropriate attire.
