Paint Booth Sprayer

Job Title: Paint Booth SprayerLocation: Denton, TXPay: $18-$25 per hourShifts Available: Four 10-hour days, 6:00AM–4:30PM (may alternate between M-Th or T-F)Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primer as needed. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finish, tone, and consistency. Operate and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and related painting equipment. Apply paint coats evenly and efficiently on metal, aluminum, and fabricated signage materials. Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met and perform necessary touch-ups. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint booth and surrounding work area. Follow all safety protocols related to paint handling, chemical use, and ventilation systems. Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. Qualifications:Prior experience as an industrial or automotive paint sprayer preferred. Proficiency with HVLP spray guns, paint mixing systems, and color matching techniques. Ability to interpret work orders, color codes, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and appropriate use of PPE. Preferred Experience:Experience painting signage, metal structures, or custom fabrications. Knowledge of powder coating and other finishing methods. Experience with multi-stage coatings or specialty paint finishes.
