1st Shift Production Associate Location: San Clemente, CA 92673 Schedule: M-F 6 am to 2:30 pm or - Availability to work on Saturdays and Holidays when needed. Tuesday to Friday 4 pm to 12:30 am Saturday 10 am to 3 pm Pay rate: $17.50- $18.50 Duties: Create high-quality meal kits with fresh, carefully handled ingredients. Ensure each product meets our rigorous quality standards. Reach daily production goals alongside a supportive team Play a crucial role in inventory management and organization. Picking orders, transferring packages in and out of the freezer. Requirements: Comfortable in cool settings (38°F) and standing for extended periods. Highly attentive to detail, ensuring quality in every task. Ready to meet production goals and be part of a results-driven team Committed to following safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
