Location: Denton, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Shift: Four 10-hour days, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (may alternate between Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
Hourly Pay: $18–$25 (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Welders with experience in MIG, aluminum, and iron welding. Candidates with prior experience in sign fabrication will be given preference. The ideal candidate will produce strong, precise welds for a variety of custom projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities  

• Must have previous hands-on experience with a wide range of sign types, including Blade, Cabinet/Box, Channel Letter, Interior (Lobby/Logo), LED/Digital, Monument, Pole/Pylon, Neon LED, and Outdoor Business Signs.

• Perform MIG, aluminum, and iron welding on custom projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and conformance to standards.

• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling of materials and tools.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in MIG welding on aluminum and iron.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Prior experience in sign fabrication or metal signage is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and proper equipment use.
• Must be local

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in various positions.

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
