About the Role

Midway Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations and maintaining smooth order fulfillment from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process customer orders in the system with accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.

• Verify inventory levels and communicate shortages or delays to management.

• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and related paperwork.

• Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve delivery issues.

• Track outgoing orders and update order status in the system.

• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory adjustments.

• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve order discrepancies.

• Assist with other administrative or warehouse support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1–2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse coordination preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, shipping software, or ERP/WMS systems).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
