Forklift Operator
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate packing machines and forklifts to meet inbound/outbound schedules.

• Load/unload materials and move palletized goods throughout the facility.

• Pick, pack, check, and stage products; stack loads per inventory instructions.

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all company policies.

• Inspect equipment, perform basic maintenance, and report safety or quality issues.

• Complete required forms, documentation, and production records.

• Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Shift & Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Friday with mandatory OT on Saturdays

• Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• Pay: $20/hour

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year related experience; RF scanner and OSHA forklift certification preferred.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail; basic computer and math skills.

• Good problem-solving, organization, and ability to follow repetitive instructions.

• Able to take direction from multiple supervisors and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to cross-train on various tasks.

Language

• English required; Spanish preferred (required in some locations).

Physical Demands

• Regular talking/hearing; frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Occasional sitting, reaching, kneeling, or crouching.

• Must meet vision requirements including depth perception and focus adjustment.
