3rd shift Order Selector

Order Selector – Night Shift

Pay: Up to $18.50/hr
Schedule: Sunday–Friday | 9:00 PM – Until Production Ends
Overtime: 5–6 hours/week

About the Role

We are hiring motivated Order Selectors to join a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone with 0–3 years of experience who is dependable, safety-focused, and ready to grow.

You will operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift to accurately select and build customer orders across Dry, Cooler, and Freezer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift safely and efficiently

• Select correct products from warehouse racks according to customer orders

• Use SOS label technology to generate accurate product labels

• Label and stack product on pallets following best practices (labels out, no heavy-on-light, etc.)

• Hand-select items in Dry, Cooler, and Freezer temperature zones

• Stage and deliver completed pallets to the correct dock locations

• Stretch-wrap pallets and prepare orders for loading

• Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections

• Follow all SyscoSafe preferred work methods and AIB sanitation standards

• Work until all orders are completed—may include OT, weekends, and holidays
