1st Shift Production Associate

Production Associate – Food Manufacturing
Location: Cleveland, OH 44103
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
Pay Rate: $15/hour

Job Summary

Join our team as a Production Associate in a fast-paced meal processing facility. You will be responsible for preparing, assembling, packaging, and labeling food products in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

• Measure, mix, portion, and assemble ingredients according to recipes and specifications

• Inspect products for quality, weight, and consistency

• Package, seal, and label finished products per regulatory and company guidelines

• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow strict food safety protocols

• Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, and all company food safety policies

• Assist with inventory tracking and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail; ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working in refrigerated conditions (38°F–45°F)

• Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or assembly line environments preferred

• Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles is a plus'
