Position Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators for a fast-paced distribution facility in Sayreville, NJ. This role includes operation of Raymond Reach Trucks, I-Warehouse machines, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers. Candidates must have at least one year of recent experience with Raymond Reach Trucks and I-Warehouse systems, along with general warehouse experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour

• Standard Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday

• Extended Shifts: May run up to 12 hours depending on business needs

• Schedule Flexibility: All schedules subject to change

• Mandatory Overtime: First week of each month requires a six-day work week

• Overtime: May be required as needed

Training Schedule

All new hires must complete one week of first-shift training:

• Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience

• Experience with I-Warehouse machines

• Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts

• Experience using double blade pallet jacks

• Proficient with reach trucks and cherry pickers

• General warehouse experience required

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to wear a headset for computer-generated picking instructions (English only)

• Steel toe boots required

• Must be able to work in a non–temperature-controlled environment
