Inventory Warehouse Lead

Position: Warehouse Inventory Lead

Reports To: Supervisor

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 am-3:30pm 

Compensation: Weekly Pay | $18.00/hour 

Location: York, PA

•  Reporting Monthly Inventory Capture
•  Assist in employee development by training new team members
•  Plan and strategize the day to day inventory for project management.
•  Work directly with the Account Manager & Client Support Staff on day-to-day

• Create Excel Sheets for Inventory data
•  Handling special instructions
•  Audit inventory cycle counts
• Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
•  Facilitating support requests from HQ in Slack within the York, PA Facility
•  Daily reporting on damaged and missing items
•  Ensure quality control efforts are in place with each order
•  Responsible for overseeing multiple team members at one time
•  Available to support Operations Manager’s special tasks as requested
•  Ability to adapt to new scheduled shifts based on the needs of the business
•  Investigate and reconcile missing inventory
•  Creating daily reports that summarize overall status of the department

•  Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
•  Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+hours)
• Basic Computer Knowledge
•  Written and verbal communication
•  Google Suites knowledge
•  Detail oriented
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•  Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment
•  Good communication skills
