Position: Warehouse Lead

Reports To: Supervisor

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 am-3:30pm 

Compensation: Weekly Pay | $18.00/hour 

Location: York, PA

About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and support a team of associates in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met.

• Coordinate and support associates in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.

• Maintain accurate inventory and communicate discrepancies or issues promptly.

• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maximize performance.

• Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve workflows and solve operational challenges.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Assist with scheduling, equipment oversight, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment; leadership experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills.

• Comfortable using warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is an asset.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must/required.
