Production Associate – Meat Packing Facility

Pay Rate: Up to $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–8:30 PM

• 30-minute unpaid lunch

• Two paid 15-minute breaks
  Overtime: Up to 10 hours per week, based on business needs

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our team in a cold meat-packing fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations and ensuring raw materials are processed efficiently into finished goods.

Work Environment

• Temperature maintained at 32°F (cold environment)

• Steel-toe shoes/boots required on Day 1

Equipment & Tools

• Meat-packing machinery

• Tools for scooping and portioning meat into pouches for automatic packing

• Packaging and boxing equipment

• Scan guns

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general production and manufacturing duties

• Assemble components or parts into completed products

• Process batches of bulk materials and ingredients, including mechanical processing such as mixing, grinding, separating, and filtering

• Package materials or finished goods into appropriate containers for handling, storage, and display

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable working in a cold environment

• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned schedule

• Prior production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
