1st Shift Janitorial

We are currently hiring for a Janitorial Associate in a warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced facility.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay rate: $20/hr

Duties:

• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors

• Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and office areas

• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility

• Wipe down high-touch surfaces and sanitize designated areas

• Assist with general cleaning tasks as assigned

• Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred

• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs as needed

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for the full shift

• Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
