Job Description

We are seeking experienced Order Selectors to join a high-volume distribution center in Hanover Park. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering excellent union benefits once converted.

Qualified candidates must have experience operating:
• Single electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
• Palletizing product
• Order picking using pallet jacks
• RF scanners to accurately pick orders

You will work across three warehouse environments:
• Dry: Regular temperature
• Refrigerated: ~50°F
• Freezer: ~10°F (You will be in the freezer majority of the shift)

This position is physical, fast-paced, and requires accuracy, focus, and reliability.

Schedule

2nd Shift
Start time: 3:00 PM
No set end time — shift ends when production is complete
Some days may run until 3:00–4:00 AM
Must be flexible with hours and overtime

PPE Requirements

Associates must bring their own warm, insulated boots
Client provides freezer jacket/jumpsuit and cold-weather protective gear

Equipment Used

• Crown Stand-Up Forklift
• Crown Order Selector

Requirements

• Must pass E-Verify
• Proven reliability and strong attendance
• Experience in freezer/cold environments preferred
• Ability to work long shifts and overtime
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
