Position: Light Assembly & Packaging (Repetitive Task Work)
Location:  Des Moines, IA 50313
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Varies by project | 2–3 days per week | 4–8 hour shifts
Environment: Standard warehouse setting

What You’ll Do:

• Perform light assembly of small items, including sorting and combining nuts and bolts according to specifications

• Package assembled or repackaged items into designated bags or containers

• Complete repackaging tasks from bulk to smaller quantities

• Ensure accurate counts and verify correct items are in each package

• Follow printed instructions, diagrams, and process steps with precision

• Use basic computer functions for data entry or to access work instructions (as needed)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and production guidelines

Important Note for Week 1:

During the first week, there may be downtime. Applicants should be patient and understand that sitting or waiting may occur until workflow increases.
