Location: East Side of Indianapolis
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Work Environment: Cold storage facility (34°F)

Job Summary:
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for moving, loading, and organizing product throughout a temperature-controlled warehouse. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations efficient, accurate, and safe while supporting production and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport product with accuracy and care
• Support warehouse and production teams by moving materials where needed Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a cold storage environment

What You’ll Need:

• Previous forklift operating experience
• Current forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work in a cold environment (34°F) for extended periods
• Dependability and strong attendance record
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of your shift
