Meat Processing Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Workers for a fast-paced meat processing facility. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety, food safety, and GMP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and processing tasks in a fast-paced meat manufacturing environment

• Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Wear required PPE, including steel toe boots, hairnets, gloves, and other protective equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed based on production demands

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated conditions

• Willingness to comply with all GMP and safety regulations

• Steel toe boots required

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $16.60 per hour

• Mandatory overtime as required

Work Environment:

• Meat processing facility with varying temperatures
