Picker/Packer – Fulfillment Team
Location: Bolingbrook, IL & Romeoville, IL
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Required Overtime: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM as needed)
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our fast-paced fulfillment team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll also assist with inventory management and receiving tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips and order details
   

• Label, box, and palletize packages for shipment
   

• Assist with receiving incoming stock and organizing inventory
   

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
   

• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet team goals
   

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
   

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
   

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes as needed
   

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
