1st Shift Customer Service Representative

Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Columbus, OH. This position plays a key role in supporting dealers, contractors, and designers through outstanding service, order management, and communication. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and designers.

• Process customer orders, payments, and manage returns or replacements efficiently.

• Assist clients with product selection and layout interpretation.

• Organize and maintain accurate customer files and documentation.

• Collect customer feedback and report service or product issues promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required; experience in cabinetry or home design is a plus.

• Experience with order entry systems and CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks, Fishbowl).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entry/typing skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
