Reach Truck Operator 

Location: Romeoville, IL
Schedule: 

• 1st Shift- 7AM-3:15PM

• 2nd Shift- 3PM-11:15PM

• 3rd Shift- 11PM-7:15AM

Pay Rate: 

• 1st Shift- $19/hour

• 2nd Shift- $19.50/hour

• 3rd Shift- $20/hour

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations in Romeoville, IL. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory flow and warehouse organization. You will be responsible for safely operating reach trucks to move, organize, and retrieve inventory, as well as assisting with receiving, stocking, staging, and inventory control tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using the reach truck

• Move inventory to designated storage areas and ensure proper organization of palletized goods

• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and inventory control tasks as needed

• Collaborate with warehouse leads and team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications

• 1+ year of reach truck operating experience in a warehouse or distribution center within the last 6–12 months (required)

• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and basic computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment
