Lead

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of approximately 10 production employees

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure production goals are met

• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are followed

• Train new employees on production procedures, safety protocols, and company policies

• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or guidance when needed

• Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding production status, issues, or delays

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff to meet operational needs

• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with food production regulations

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and teamwork

• Help resolve minor operational issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary

• Support warehouse and production operations as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred

• Experience working in a food manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environment preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to motivate and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company procedures

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

• Basic understanding of production workflows and warehouse operations preferred
