Job Title: HR Assistant
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr
Location: Hampshire, IL
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM 
Reports To: HR Manager / Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience Required: 3–5 years in Human Resources or related field

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will support the HR Manager and Regional HRBP in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate HR programs. This role helps create a positive work environment that attracts, develops, retains, and engages talent to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with transactional HR processes, including onboarding, HRIS support, filing, and other administrative duties.
  • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams in recruitment and staffing activities.
  • Maintain HR systems, including eTime, and support payroll-related tasks.
  • Partner with HRBP to promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Administer programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide general HR support and guidance to employees and leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of HR experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with internal leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Work Environment & Dress Code:
  • Casual to business casual attire; jeans allowed if in good condition (no rips or holes).
  • Closed-toe shoes required.

  3. Detail-Oriented – accuracy in administrative and HR processes.
