Job Title: Warehouse Receiving Clerk
Location: Hampshire, IL
Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr
Schedule:
-
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until work is completed)
-
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or until work is completed)

Overtime: 5–10 hours per week, depending on workload
Work Environment:
The role is primarily office-based within the warehouse. Candidates are required to wear Steel Toe Composite shoes.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the warehouse receiving shift by handling clerical duties associated with incoming inventory.

Compile, copy, sort, and file daily receiving records and schedules.

Monitor communications from other shifts to ensure smooth information flow.

Place short-dated products on hold in the system and review receiving documents for date issues; obtain shelf-life approvals as needed.

Prepare and complete various reports; order office supplies; answer phones and respond to internal requests.

Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, printers, and computers.

Communicate with supervisors regarding any operational or documentation issues.

Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Must-Have Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1–3 years of relevant experience in office and warehouse environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment.

Office machines (printer, scanner, photocopier, computer)
Reports To: Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
