Entry-Level Welder
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Location: North Aurora, IL
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Overtime: Required as needed
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Welder for a manufacturing facility in North Aurora. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in welding and manufacturing. The position involves assisting with basic welding tasks, supporting production, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• Perform basic welding tasks under supervision
• Assist with metal fabrication and assembly processes
• Read and follow basic work instructions and blueprints
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Support production team to meet daily output goals
Requirements:
• Entry-level welding experience or welding school preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and pass a tape measurement test
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Must be reliable and punctual
