Machine Operator

Looking to join a team with a growing company that prioritizes culture? Look no further! We're seeking Machine Operators responsible for sorting, organizing, and preparing printed materials. This role ensures accuracy, quality control, and efficient workflow to support production operations.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL 
Shift: 
Shift A: Monday-Saturday 6AM-2:30PM  + Overtime
Shift B: Monday-Saturday 2:30PM-11PM + Overtime
Pay:
Shift A: $16/hour
Shift B: $17/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort printed materials by job type, size, or customer specifications
• Inspect products for defects, misprints, or quality issues
• Remove damaged or incorrect items from production lines
• Stack, bundle, and organize materials for further processing or shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist machine operators and supervisors as needed
• Meet daily production and accuracy targets

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (if required)
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
