Warehouse Support Technician

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate
Department: Operations
Shift: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)
Pay: $18.00/hr 

Overview:
This role supports daily warehouse and facility operations, including general cleaning, inventory handling, and order fulfillment. The position works across multiple teams such as shipping, receiving, and packaging, and requires use of material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and warehouse areas
• Remove trash, handle recycling, and keep workspaces organized and safe
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Verify inventory and support inbound/outbound shipments
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and work instructions
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and other powered machinery
• Help maintain supply levels for cleaning and operational needs
• Support team needs across departments as business demands change

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience using a sit down forklift is required 
• 0–6 months of related experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to be trained and certified on warehouse equipment

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and varying conditions
• May require standing, lifting, and working in different areas of the facility
