Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and experienced in industrial maintenance within a fast-paced setting.

Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Department: Production / Maintenance
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 

Pay Rate: $28.00 – $33.00/hr (depending on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and documentation
• Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment as needed
• Work closely with production and leadership teams to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Support facility maintenance tasks and additional duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent maintenance needs
• Basic computer skills for documenting and tracking maintenance activities
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Basic welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment that is not climate controlled
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including heat during summer months
• Required use of PPE and adherence to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) practices
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs
