Production Associate

Midway Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates for a cold storage facility located in Conley, GA. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where associates will be responsible for sorting, handling, and repackaging products while maintaining quality and safety standards. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Location: Conley, GA

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM until production is complete

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Duties:
• Sort, handle, and repackage products for distribution
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Dump boxes onto carts or tables and stack finished goods onto pallets
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Rotate between different production lines and work areas
• Stand and move throughout long shifts in a cold storage environment (approximately 45°F)

Requirements:
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a cold storage facility
• Ability to stand for 10–12 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Must be dependable and able to work a 6-day schedule
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
