Warehouse Order Selector

Midway Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Order Selectors for a fast-paced warehouse facility located in Norcross, GA. Associates will be responsible for order selecting, pallet staging, loading outbound shipments, and operating warehouse equipment in a high-traffic environment. Candidates must be comfortable working overtime as needed until all work is completed.

Location: Norcross, GA

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM until work is complete (goal end time is 1:30 AM, overtime mandatory if needed)

Pay Rate: Up to $18.00 per hour

Duties:
• Order select items from pick slots using voice pick equipment
• Stage palletized orders in designated shipping lanes
• Load merchandise onto outbound trailers for delivery
• Operate electric pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Move inventory from reserve locations to picking locations when needed
• Stretch wrap pallets and prepare shipments for loading
• Perform housekeeping and general warehouse duties as assigned
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and productivity standards throughout the shift

Requirements:
• Steel toe shoes required
• 0-3 years of warehouse or order selecting experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks and forklifts
• Ability to work in dry, cooler, and freezer warehouse environments
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Must be dependable with strong attention to detail and safety procedures
