Wiring Technicians & Assembly Technicians

Midway Staffing is currently hiring Wiring Technicians & Assembly Technicians for a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Brookston, IN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates with electrical, mechanical, or assembly experience are encouraged to apply.

Location: Brookston, IN 47923 (20 minutes away from Lafayette, IN & 15 minutes away from Delphi)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay rate: $18–$20/hr

Duties:
• Wiring control panels and switchboards by following wiring diagram instructions
• Point-to-point wiring, wire cutting/crimping, and wire labeling
• Assembly of electrical sheet metal enclosures
• Proper utilization of common electrical and carpentry shop tools
• Following safety protocols and quality standards throughout production
• Performing general housekeeping duties and maintaining a safe work area

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in electrical, mechanical, or assembly work preferred
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment
• Self-motivated with strong attention to safety and quality
