Forklift Operator

Midway Staffing is seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in St. Louis, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with forklift experience who are looking for a stable position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Location: St. Louis, MO

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Duties:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, pick, pack, and transport products throughout the warehouse and trailers.
• Move and stack materials according to inventory and storage procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and complete warehouse documentation.
• Meet production, quality, and safety standards while maintaining an organized work area.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or forklift operating experience.
• OSHA forklift certification or forklift operating experience preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
