Location: Royersford, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Record Center Specialists to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement, lifting, loading, and organizing storage materials while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes (10–100 lbs)
• Process orders containing files, books, binders, and other materials
• Load and unload pallets using hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems to track inventory
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to read and write English
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is required
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment
• Protective steel-toe boots required
