General Labor – Core Responsibilities

Production Support: Assisting with daily manufacturing operations, including operating equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products are made according to quality standards.

Machine Operation: Loading materials, assisting with machine setup, and operating production equipment to help shape, cut, and package finished products.

Quality Inspection: Inspecting finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies to ensure they meet company quality requirements.

Material Handling: Moving raw materials, loading supplies, stacking finished products, and preparing items for shipment or storage.

Equipment & Work Area Maintenance: Performing basic cleaning, organization, and minor adjustments to equipment while reporting any issues to supervisors.

Working Environment & Requirements

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Work: Must be available to work assigned production schedules, including first, second, or third shifts as needed.
