The Quality Control Line Inspector is responsible for in-process line inspection and testing to ensure that finished products meet customer requirements and product specifications. This role ensures proper line clearance, component and bulk inspection, and ongoing quality verification throughout production.
Essential Duties:

Verify work orders against product specifications and client requirements.

Inspect components, bulk, and C&S records before line verification.

Conduct pre-start line checks and lead huddles to communicate standards.

Perform in-process and final inspections following AQL sampling plans.

Document and maintain records of inspection results and findings.

Conduct spot audits to confirm ongoing compliance during production.

Identify and respond to non-conformances with root cause analysis and preventive action.

Provide quality guidance to line personnel and review Batch Production Records (BPRs).

Collect internal and client samples according to established guidelines.

Ensure compliance with GMP and company policies on the production line.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on QC experience in a manufacturing environment.

Leadership or team lead experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Strong observational skills and a quality-first mindset.

Understanding of process control principles and GMP compliance.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
-
Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment.

Regularly exposed to production line conditions and required to wear PPE.
