Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Kenosha, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
Kenall Lighting, a leader in innovative and durable lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely and accurately operate press brake machinery to fabricate metal components according to specifications.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure parts meet tolerance requirements.

Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed for production runs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:

Previous experience operating a press brake or similar metal fabrication equipment preferred.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
