Forklift Operator

We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating multiple types of forklifts and working in high-rack, narrow-aisle warehouse environments.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Duties:

• Operate electric stand-up reach trucks, propane sit-down forklifts, electric double pallet jacks, and narrow-aisle electric forklifts.

• Safely lift, transport, position, and place loads at heights of approximately 25 feet.

• Perform high-rack put-away and accurately position pallets without damaging racks, products, or equipment.

• Load and unload full trucks safely and efficiently.

• Pull orders and prepare products for shipment.

• Maintain and organize the warehouse.

• Organize item numbers and accurately differentiate LOT numbers.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of verifiable forklift experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience with multiple types of forklifts and warehouse equipment.

• Ability to safely operate in narrow aisles and high-bay rack areas.

• Ability to place loads at approximately 25 feet with accuracy.

• Knowledge of load capacity, load center, mast height, stability, and forklift load charts.

• Ability to pass a forklift interview and skills test.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
