Record Center Specialist 1

We are currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented individuals for a Record Center Specialist 1 position. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, hands-on work and is comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay rate: $21.00/per hour

Duties:

• Process, organize, and maintain physical records and documents.

• Retrieve, sort, label, and file records according to established procedures.

• Move and arrange boxes of records throughout the facility.

• Scan and track records using computer systems.

• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure records are stored correctly.

• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, records management, or similar experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and move boxes as required.

• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
