Job Description

NOW HIRING: BEEF PREP ASSOCIATE

Pay: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM

We are seeking reliable Beef Prep Associates to join a fast-paced food-production facility.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, weigh, portion, and organize beef.
  • Load meat and ingredients into processing equipment.
  • Inspect products for proper weight, quality, and appearance.
  • Label and move prepared products to the appropriate production area.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas.
  • Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Food-production or meat-processing experience is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable handling raw beef.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
